Aquarius 4 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System producing 75 Gallon Per Day

Aquarius quality reverse osmosis water filter system which removes a wide range of harmful contaminants from your supply water like chlorine, heavy metals, fluoride, pesticides, bacteria, silt and microplastics. Purifying the water to almost zero (TDS) total dissolved solids.

This system can fit neatly in to your undersink cupboard or in tight fit spaces. No plumbing skills are required as arrives with everything you need to install with full instructions.

Filter Stages

Stage 1 - 5 Micron Sediment Pre-Filter: For the removal of sediments, dirt, sand and rust.

Stage 2 - Carbon Block Pre-Filter: removes chlorine and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odours.

Stage 3 - GAC Pre-Filter: a bed of granular activated carbon that absorbs chlorine and organic chemicals to improve taste and odour.

Stage 4 - Membrane: reverse osmosis membranes are semi-permeable removing up to 99% of contaminants present in water including viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, hormones, silica and salts.

Filter Replacement

Pre-filters should be replaced every 6 months or 2500 gallons (or when visibly dirty). If any of your pre filters are exhausted, using the unit will put additional pressure on the membrane. Filters are much cheaper to replace than a damaged membrane.

Membrane should be replaced every 12 months of 5000 gallon (whichever comes first)

No, you want one of our systems with post di-resin that produces 0 TDS water which will not leave streaks on the glass.

Is there a particular water pressure needed to run this ro unit?
Ideally around 35 to 60 PSI (2.4 bar to 4.1 bar) to function effectively. if you are bellow this then you would need a reverse osmosis booster pump.

Will the Aquarius 4 stage ro unit remove sodium from water for a small scale strawberry farm?
Yes, very effective at removing sodium removing up to 99.9%.

We keep a variety of reptiles and typically go to a local aquarium store and purchase reverse osmosis water for use with our reptiles (misting systems and water bowl drinking water). is Aquarius 4 stage filter ok to use?
Yes, its safe to use for your misting/fogging systems as it will keep them from clogging up and keep glass clear. However, drinking water for your reptiles will require mineral suppliments as the reverse osmosis process strips the water of both good and bad minerals so please check the requirements of your reptiles.
