6 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System + Di producing 150 Gallon Per Day

This is a high quality reverse osmosis water filter system which removes a wide range of harmful contaminants from your supply water like chlorine, heavy metals, fluoride, pesticides, bacteria, silt and microplastics. Purifying the water to zero (TDS) total dissolved solids with the aid of the post di resin filter.

This system can fit neatly in to your underink cupboard or in tight fit spaces. No plumbing skills are required as arrives with everything you need to install with full instructions.

Typical use of the 6 stage di : Marine Fish Keeping, Autoclaves, Car/Window Cleaning, Vodka Production, Hydroponics. (Di systems are not suitable for drinking water - Please see other ranges)

Benefits

Removing up to 99% of tap water contaminants including bacteria and viruses

Superior high capacity 10 inch sediment, carbon block and (GAC) granular activated carbon Pre-filters

Post membrane filters benefit from a small post deionization mineral salts to guarantee 0ppm TDS and a carbon process to further condition pure water

Ideal for collecting purified water for home use or aquarium systems

Features

Pre-assembled and supplied with all the fitting accessories

Includes a built in membrane flush system which reduces fouling to extend membrane life

Arrives with a built in pressure gauge as standard providing a visual on inlet water pressure

Can be floor standing or wall mounted

Filter Stages

Stage 1 - Sediment Pre-Filter: For the removal of sediments, dirt, sand and rust.

Stage 2 - Carbon Block Pre-Filter: removes chlorine and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odours.

Stage 3 - GAC Pre-Filter: a bed of granular activated carbon that absorbs chlorine and organic chemicals to improve taste and odour.

Stage 4 - Membrane: Reverse Osmosis membranes are semi-permeable removing up to 99% of contaminants present in water including viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, hormones, silica and salts.

Stage 5 - DI Resin Post Filter: reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and designed as a final polisher for the production of pure water

Stage 6 - Carbon Post Filter: a final polisher in the production of ultra pure water to further reduce bad tastes and odours of chlorine and other organic compounds

All reverse osmosis systems are shipped fully assembled, it is simple enough to insert filters and connect to a water supply and waste water drain.

The effectiveness and productivity of RO systems increase with greater water pressure and temperature. The actual flow rate (in GPD) of any reverse osmosis system depends on your home water pressure and temperature.

Manufacturers recommend 60 psi is required at the membrane for full production, not everyone's cold water is at 60 psi and 77 degrees F; therefore, you might get less than 50 GPD, perhaps 50% or even less if your pressure and temperature are very low! Please consider these factors before you finally decide on which system is best for you.

Filter Replacement

Pre-filters should be replaced every 6 months or 2500 gallons (or when visibly dirty). If any of your pre filters are exhausted, using the unit will put additional pressure on the membrane. Filters are much cheaper to replace than a damaged membrane, which are also available on the website.
