You are responsible for using our site safely and when creating an account on our site you agree and are responsible for your own account and keeping that information including passwords up to date and valid. We reseve the right to suspend your account is you are using our site illegally.

As our site offers goods from third parties we cannot guarantee that this item will remain available.

Please do not book installation tradesmen before goods have been delivered as we cannot take responsibility for late deliveries.

This site is an ecommerce website and we are purely internet based which has great savings which is passed onto you "the customer" to give the best possible prices.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send confirmation back.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We deliver your item as soon as possible! Order by 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) and we will deliver your order next working day or on the odd occasion within 2 working days, though this is very rare.

We deliver our items Via Interlink couriers or Royal Mail "recorded delivery" with full tracking - items will require a signature on delivery.

Any damaged or missing items will need to be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot honour any claims outside of this timescale.

Delivery cost is calculated on total order value - we make no profit on delivery as this is calculated at approx. courier charges to us. We reserve the right to use any carrier, but will always choose the best one for delivery time frame and charges.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the very next day if ordered before 1pm.

You must ensure someone is available on the day of delivery to accept the goods. We recommend that delivery is to a place of work or other establishment that guarantees someone is available to take delivery

We reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge should the courier fail to complete delivery due to the recipient being unwilling or unable to take delivery of the products.

Any damaged or missing items will need to be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot honour any claims outside of this timescale, if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Returns Policy.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000).

We are happy to accept all returns providing item is in re-sale condition.

If item is sent to us in a non resale condition then we are not bound to refund for the item and as such my hold item until cost of re-delivery is paid.
