Everything on our website for Home and Aquarium RO Units is in stock unless it says otherwise.

We deliver your item as soon as possible! Orders usually placed by 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) will delivered next working day, Or at the most within 48hrs. Orders places on the weekends will be sent out on the Monday.

We deliver our items with full tracking - items will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery cost is fixed on this website to make it more simple - we make no profit on delivery and on average actually cost us more than we charge. We have used many couriers and find Interlink or dpd to be the most reliable.

£0 - £50 = £4.95
£50-£100 = £6.95
£100 - £250 = £8.95
£250 - £350 = £11.95
£350 - £500 = £13.95

We only ship to UK address - please contact us if you require a delivery address that's different from billing address



Returns Policy

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000).

We are happy to accept all returns providing item is in re-sale condition.
also;

1. item is returned within 14 days of sale date.
2. item is returned unused and in original packaging.
3. you take responsibility for the postage back to us.

If an item is returned to us in a non resaleable condition, then we are not bound to refund for the item and may hold onto the item until the cost of re-delivery is paid.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods or missing items must be notified within 2 days of receiving goods.
