Five-stage water purification system, equipped with a computer with LCD display, which controls all working processes and informs about the operating modes, temperature and TDS quality of water, the degree of soiling of cartridges and membranes. along with auto & manual override flushing.

The filter effectively cleans tap water from sand, rust, organics, chlorine, compounds, dissolved metals, improves the taste of water and eliminates unpleasant odours. The system is easy to use, cartridges are easily changed. The system also comes with a leak system detector that can be placed where you want it.

These reverse osmosis water filter units are ideal for applications that require pure zero TDS water.

The auto flush is designed to flush the membrane to prolong its life and the dual TDS meter will display both the incoming and outgoing TDS (total dissolved solids) giving an instant indicator for when the filters/membrane require changing

Filter Stages

Stage 1 - 5 Micron Sediment Pre-Filter: For the removal of sediments, dirt, sand and rust.

Stage 2 - Carbon Block Pre-Filter: removes chlorine and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odours.

Stage 3 - 1 Micron Sediment Pre-Filter: For further removal of smaller sediments, dirt, sand and rust.

Stage 4 - Membrane: : Reverse Osmosis membranes are semi-permeable removing up to 99% of contaminants present in water including viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, hormones, silica and salts.

Stage 5 - DI Resin Post Filter: reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to 0ppm and designed as a final polisher for the production of pure water

Hi is this ro system suitable for a large marine tank and can it come with clear holders?
Yes, its perfect for marine tanks producing 0 TDS water. They are imported with white housings but you can buy clear bowls to fit as they are standard 2.5" x 10" housings.

Can I move where the TDS Meter takes the reading?
Yes, as standard the unit takes the reading of incoming water and the water directly after the membrane but you can move the probe to after the di resin if you prefer final output TDS.

is this suitable for a dental surgery with 2 autoclaves that have 4 litre tanks?
Yes, perfect for autoclaves due to the 0 TDS output required and plenty fast enough to fill your tanks quickly.

What does the 400 gpd mean?
400 GPD is 400 gallon per day (US Gallons) that the system will produce in a 24 hour period

If this was used every day to fill a 350ltr window cleaning tank, how long would the membrane last?
This will depend on your incoming water TDS but anywhere between 2-4 years. This system monitors the output TDS of the membrane so when that starts to creep up your membrane is now exausted. Also keep on top of the pre-filter replacements as these really help protect the membrane.
