BB32 (3,200 GPD) light commercial direct flow reverse osmosis water system with built in booster pump and industrial-grade intelligent LCD controller with auto membrane flushing, TDS monitoring, filter monitoring and leak controller. Developed for continuous professional operation in demanding commercial environments.

This is a high quality light commercial reverse osmosis water filter system which removes a wide range of harmful contaminants from your water including chlorine, heavy metals, fluoride, pesticides, bacteria, silt and microplastics. Purifying the water to almost zero (TDS) total dissolved solid.

With 2 x 4.5" x 10" Pre-filters along with dual 1,600 GPD membranes with added heavy duty "continous 8 hour run time" booster pump. Fully assembled with built in auto flush computer with TDS dual display.

Built in high and low pressure switches and booster pump solenoid valve for complete control

Provides outstanding operational stability, extended continuous operating time and reliable performance under intensive daily workloads.

Suitable for light commercial use where a lot a water is required producting over 500 litre per hour.

Simple construction and compact size make it easy to be transported and moved around quickly if required. Installed and connected to a water supply in practically any place

Ideal solution for applications that need a lot of purified water quickly, if you require 0 TDS we would advise to also get a pressure vessel to hold more di resin due to this systems speed.

Filtration:

Filter 1: Polypropylene cartridge BIG BLUE 10'' - 5 micron Sediment Pre-Filter: For the removal of sediments, dirt, sand and rust.

Filter 2: Carbon block cartridge BIG BLUE 10'' - Carbon Block Pre-Filter: removes chlorine and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odours.

Filter 3:: Membrane 2 x 1,600GPD - Model: WR-3413: Reverse Osmosis membranes are semi-permeable removing up to 99% of contaminants present in water including viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, hormones, silica and salts.
