Introducing the premium quality Ecosoft triple 4.5" x 10" whole house water filter system! Treat you entire property with ultra-filtered water for drinking, cooking, cleaning and bathing as well as protecting your pipework and household appliances.

This Ecosoft Whole House Water Filter System is constructed with heavy duty professional grade materials and industry-standard BSP pipe threading components, designed for residential and light commercial use with high quality Ecosoft carbon block, GAC/KDF and Argonide's NanoCeram® filters for when only the best will do. Manufacturing certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

This system is designed to remove a wide array of water impurities (chlorine, toxins, heavy metals and much much more!) and to also remove any unpleasant tastes or odour issues which may be present in your water supply. Consists of three filters and housing bowls. The housing bowls can be separated to enable greater flexibility for installation (i.e. in an L shape to be placed into corners, etc).

Filter 1 - NanoCeram®

The NanoCeram P series of nano filter cartridges gives you a unique combination of efficiency, capacity, flow rate and low pressure drop at levels that are unmatched in the water filtration marketplace.

The 0.2 micron filter is designed to satisfy the most difficult requirements in water treatment. A nano filter cartridge with rapid and highly efficient absorption of virtually all particle sizes from as large as tens of microns or as small as a few nanometers.

Each NanoCeram micron filter has a 0.2 micron rating - a rating typically associated with microporous membranes. Yet NanoCeram micron filter flow rates are hundreds of times greater than typical membranes

NanoCeram filter media is capable of removing 99.9999% of bacterial and protozoan organisms such as Giardia Intestinalis, Cryptosporidium, E-coli, Mycobacteria, Aspergillus, Legionella, Pseudomonas and Salmonella.

Filter 2 - GAC & KDF

Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) and KDF process media primarily reduces the bad taste and odours of chlorine and other heavy metals such as aluminum, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper, iron, lead

This filter contains Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) and Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF). When these 2 are combined, they are known to kill algae and fungi, control bacteria growth and remove chlorine, pesticides, organic matter, rust, unpleasant taste and odour, hydrogen sulphide, iron, lead, nickel, chromium, cadmium, calcium, mercury and other organic compounds.

Filter 3 - Coconut Carbon Block

The cartridge consists of a cylindrical briquette of compressed charcoal. It is made from coconut shells. During filtration, the water passes through a layer of compressed activated carbon, which absorbs chlorine and organochlorine compounds, reduces the concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, as well as phenol, oil products and pesticides. The color and odour of water is corrected. Tasty water thanks to coconut shell carbon block

Does thie Ecosoft ADV whole house filter soften the water?
No, although it will reduce hardness slightly you need iron exchange to remove the minerals which create hardness/limescale. Ideally combining the system with a resin salt based water softener.

How do I know when to change the filters?
We would advise to go with the manufacturers filter lifetime (stated in product description) this is typically based on a 3/4 bedroom house with 3/4 people.

Will this system reduce water pressure?
Not that you will notice (maybe 5%) if you have decent pressure say 2.5 bar. Not ideal if you have very low mains pressure.

Is this Ecosoft ADV good enough to filter spring water?
Not on its own no. Ideally you would need to get your water tested to see the quality of the water first as you may also need extra filters or speicalist filters along with UV sterilisers.

Do I Need a bypass for when installing this filter?
Ideally yes, but not essential. As long as you have isolation valves either side for filter maintenance etc.

I want this to supply all taps and appliances in the house will have filtered water. I don't want to lose any water pressure etc, There are 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, is this possible to achieve?
As per answer above. Not anything that you will notice (maybe 5%) if you have decent pressure say 2.5 bar. These units are designed for up to 45 LPM passing.. Not ideal if you have very low mains pressure.

I have lead pipe that serves all of my water connections does this filter remove lead too?
Yes this will reduce/remove lead out of your water, but if you have particularly high lead readings then we can swap one of the filters to a specialised carbon filter designed to remove lead.

Is it advisable to fit a prefilter to this filter?
No, not if using mains water supply. But you may need to if drawing water from springs or boreholes etc, it's advisable to get your water tested if using water from these sources and we can advise on the correct setup.
